Afghanistan, Nobel Prizes and Michael Moore's Money

This has been an extremely eventful week. Yet another President that bows down to rogue nations has won an award they didn't deserve and certainly didn't earn. Our soldiers are in desperate need of additional resources and ground troop numbers, and yet Obama is too worried about pleasing his people to man up and make a decision that the lives of other's depend on. And then there is your favorite slob and mine, Michael Moore touting his usual hypocratic and feeble minded gibberish.

I'm going to start with the Michael Moore thing because I need to get this off my chest so that I can have some recovery time before my next meal. (The thought of him makes me want to vomit.) His latest garbage in theaters now is just more liberal propeganda. His interview on Hannity showed so much about how peposterous this man truely is. You can see that he honestly believes this trash. Hannity claims that Moore is a powerful voice, which is true to a degree. But what I really saw was a weakling. I saw a man that when challenged and insulted dissolved into a little boy being picked on at school. His voice became soft and his expressions became meloncholy as he tried to tell Hannity that he just cares so much and why is Sean so mean that he can't just give a bit more of his money to help others.

This was Hannity's greatest moment. If Sean Hannity has ever in his entire career said something so powerful, this would be it. He called Moore out for what he is when he told him that he hates capitalism, but doesn't mind the $50 million in earnings from his movie, yet won't volunteer to send MORE money to the IRS. He feels they should pay more in taxes because they are wealthy, yet we don't see Michael Moore sending more money. If he truely believes that redistributing wealth is the way to go, then ante up Michael! When you pay your taxes, add a few more zeros to the check and PROVE that you really believe this trash!

The truth is, Michael Moore does believe in wealth redistribution. Just not HIS wealth. He wants YOURS. He wants mine. He wants everyone else to do what he is too selfish to do himself.

Now onto Afghanistan along with the Nobel Prize.

Last night, O'Reilly had on my least favorite person in the universe, Dr. Marc LaMont Hill. For the first time EVER, I agreed with Dr. Hill. He doesn't believe Obama deserved the award. Many of us don't. How can a man leading two wars win a peace prize based on empty rhetoric? Oh, he's so inspirational! His apology tour really pleased the Nobel panel. Dr. Hill said something last night that made the light bulb turn on above my head. He said winning this award is certainly going to make it harder for Obama to send more troops to Afghanistan in the eyes of the world.

And that's when I realized why he was chosen. This award wasn't because he gave the world hope for peace. This award was timely. General McChrystal is asking for more troops, yet Obama is still waivering on the issue. He meets with McChrystal, and decides to mull over it for awhile longer after receiving an update on the ground conditions. Then comes the announcement (which I honestly thought was a joke when I heard it on Fox and Friends yesterday morning). The Nobel Prize was given to Obama not as an award, but as a message. This was a message telling him that he better not send those troops and needs to keep his promise of withdrawal.

He won a peace prize at a time when he is being asked to send tens of thousands more troops to Afghanistan. That puts a whole new level of pressure on his decision. We already know that Obama has no problem bowing down to the Saudi King and is too weak to stick it to Ahmadenijad. This is a ploy to get him to withdrawal.

Sending more troops to Afghanistan should be a no brainer, but Obama hasn't put the war as his top priority. It's not even in his top 5, though it should be number one seeing as how we are fighting not just one, but two simultaneous wars. McChrystal was right to call him out, and of course San Fran Nan was extremely displeased with this. No one can question the Chosen One!

Obama and Michael Moore both need to put their money where their mouth is. MAN UP!
